By assessing this website you agree to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the site are in Euros and are inclusive of Italian VAT (22%) unless you have selected an alternative country outside the European Union where VAT is not chargeable. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP (door delivery duty paid) will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from UPS, TNT or FEDEX.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Any order placed on http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com site constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Albeli sells selected products at http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com practicing its own e-commerce business and exclusively against it called consumer end users. "Consumer" shall mean any natural person who does not work for business purposes or related to the business activity. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from entering into business transactions on http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com. Given the trade policy described above, http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com reserves the right not to respond to commands from subjects that differ from the "Consumer" or do not comply with its trade policy controls. These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders for products from http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com and users on http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com. These terms and conditions may be subject to change. In this case, the conditions will be those in force on the site at the date of the order.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Albeli insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery - We ship world wide. Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the webshop. All shipping costs are inclusive of Italian VAT (22%). This fee covers administration and packaging.The price of the shipping depends of the final destination (not inclusive of any customs, import duty or taxes). All international parcels are sent with a tracking number which is sent to you in a confirmation email after shipping. For questions about deliveries we will be delighted to help you, please contact us at info@albeli.it . Upon arrival, international orders may be subject to duties, taxes and other official charges. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges related to customs clearance including duties, taxes and official charges. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you. Orders will be shipped according to their volume by UPS,TNT or FEDEX. In case of delay in delivery of more than 3 to 4 days, please contact your local post office. Albeli can not be held responsible for any loss, delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions due to carriers (including, in case of total or partial postal services and transport and / or communications strike) . You can collect your order directly to the workshop, so please contact us info@albeli.it to arrange a date and a time of appointment. Then you can pay by check on the day of collection of goods. Note: All products are handcrafted in Italy; being a taylored production, each order is manufactured expressly driven on your order. Transport of the orders will be accomplished on the 1st and 3rd monday of the following month. Delivery process takes approximately 7 days. In case of Transport of art pieces the transport will be done by high specialized companies with warrancy for damage or lost.

ORDER

The prices are in Euros and include all general taxes.(note: does not include duties and other official charges) However, the sale price does not include the cost of delivery. Delivery costs will apply when finalizing the order. All products offered on the site http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com are selected by Albeli. All products are handcrafted in Italy, in limited editions, participating in a sustainable production. The craftsmanship can reveal slight differences between parts of the same series, it does not affect the quality and finish of the products. You will be notified by email of the filing of your order desk. (excluding holidays)

PAYMENT

Payment for orders is via PayPal (secure site) to the email address info@albeli.it. For those who wish, payment by check may be, possible to send an email to info@albeli.it. The order will be valid until full payment for the order and delivery charges.

RETURN POLICY

The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons. In accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of seven calendar days to return the products that not suit him. This period starts from the date of receipt of the consumer's order. All returns will be reported prior to http://www.albeli.bigcartel.com by email: info@albeli.it. We will only use products returned in full and in good condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible.
